Masterlist info
The masterlist page is where we keep track of every official Hornthropod/RexBirb Created. When a Hornthropod/Rexbirb is approved and become official, they are uploaded on our masterlist page. There you can find all Cardinal Hornthropods, Noble RexBirbs, official Hornthropod and RexBirbs!
Cardinal Hornthropod/Noble RexBirbs are Hornthropod/RexBirbs who has something with the Lore or are NPCs on Group Events.
All official Hornthropod/RexBirbs receives a code number as proof that it's official. Always check a Hornthropod/RexBirb's masterlist Entry before getting it!
Only after a Hornthropod/RexBirb is added to the masterlist that they can be traded/gifted/sold, and participate in group events such as getting upgrades in the Shops and getting gift art, etc.
Updating Masterlist Image
After getting your Hornthropod/RexBirb you can redesign them respecting the redesign rules, be sure to add all details while requesting yo update your masterlist image, such as: new traits, items used, artist credits. You'll be notified if something is wrong and your request will be denied. You can request to have your masterlist updated again after the corrections are done.
Masterlist Image Details

The masterlist image must clearly show the colors, traits and features of your Hornthropod. It must be at least 700 x 700px and must have a transparent background (If you need help with making your background transparent, feel free to message the species group or request help in the Discord server);

You must upload your masterlist image to a private link that can provide good quality (such as Deviantart sta.sh, Discord link, etc) and link it in your comment so we can have a high quality image to your masterlist;

Even if we always credit the artist(s) in our masterlist, be sure to watermark/ask the artist to watermark your masterlist image in a way it can not be easily edited/removed! Just be sure it doesn't cover too much of the Hornthropod design. This way we'll be preventing scammers from stealing art/designs.
Masterlist Image Content
These are all and only types of masterlist image content we accept. Be sure to pick one of these to have your masterlist updated:

Standard: Single full body showing all the traits/features needed; Optional: Max of 3 hidden details of your choice (example: eyes color, flesh color, paw pads color, markings on the back, elytra, wings, etc).

Mirrored: 2 full bodies of the same view. 1 full body showing all the traits/features needed + 1 alt full body showing hidden features (example: bioluminescence, eyes color, flesh color, paw pads color, elytra, wings, etc); Optional: Max of 2 hidden details of your choice.

Front and Back: 2 full bodies in the same piece. 1 front view full body showing all the traits/features needed + 1 back view full body; Optional: Max of 2 hidden details of your choice.

Compound: 3 full bodies in the same piece. 1 front view full body showing all the traits/features needed + 1 alt full body of the same view showing hidden features + 1 back view full body; Optional: Max of 1 hidden details of your choice.
Only simple prosthetics are permitted (such as a peg-leg, sportive or classic prosthetics). Fictional/Fantasy/Cyborg prosthetics that mimic the original limb are not allowed on the masterlist image unless the Hornthropod have the material body parts trait.
In exception of Horned Cardinals, clothing is not allowed to be added on masterlist images. Only small accessories are permitted (to be considered a small accessory, it must cover just a very small part of a Hornthropod's body and can not cover important traits). Accessories can not mimic any Hornthropod trait.
If you'd like to show more details of your Hornthropod and also clothes you'd like them to use, you can link your Hornthropod's Toyhouse profile in their masterlist! You can ask to have a Toyhouse link added in here in this journal replying by the right comment.
We may edit a little bit of the layout of your piece if we think it's needed.
Corrections and Updates
Sometimes we may let some details pass while building masterlist entries, a typo, a misspelled username, a trait you have asked to be added and left behind (show proof)... If you have found something wrong with your masterlist entry info, feel free to open a design update request. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask us know via Discord for a quicker reply.
Merits
Merits are items that can be obtained as a prize for participating in some events. Merits don't have an use, it's just like a "trophy" to show that you or a certain Hornthropod/RexBirb have participated in an event. When you have a merit you can keep it in your own profile or request it to be displayed on a Hornthropod/RexBirb masterlist in the inventory section. Merits connot be transferred, it's an item that will be attached to your account or your Hornthropod/RexBirb. Merits attached to Hornthropods/RexBirbs will be transferred along with them. You cannot request to detach merits from Hornthropods/RexBirbs.
